Thought this book was interesting, the 60 gram diet based on the Air Force diet published 1965. Love the fact you can have coffee with cream for breakfast & dinner, a daiquiri cocktail for lunch & a 1/4 pint of coffee ice cream with 2 T whipped cream for dinner & still lose weight.
