Here is what I give myself first week of Workout Credibility:
Tues., Jan. 24 1 hr. 40 min.
Wed., Jan. 25 26 min.
Fri., Jan. 27 40 min.
Sat., Jan. 28 2 hrs.
TOTAL 4 hrs. 46 min.
A woman over 40 who wants to maintain her weight must work out 60 min. per day. I guess I blew it. Not giving up. I feel less jiggely.
Went to Cost Co.--they are promoting:
1.) Celsius which is supposed to burn up to 100 calories & more in each can.
2.) Zipfizz--a powder mixed in a water bottle with ice, supposed to fool your brain into thinking you had your coffee, has B12 vitamins, electrolites & other vitamins
Does anyone have any imput on these products? Both were taste-able fruity flavors. How many electrolites does one need?
celsius.com -- natural negative calorie drink
zipfizz.com -- ten calories, 0 sugar, 4-6 hrs. of energy
I like the cola and strawberry aqui flavors of celsius. I mainly drink them to have something other than water all the time. The Cola flavor I think is only sold on-line and keeps me away from diet coke. The downfall is it has a lot of caffeine (cola) in it so you can get hyped up on it. It also has sucralose in it so if you are trying to stay away from sugar subtitutes you may not want to try celsius. I don't drink it for the calorie burn at all.
