Richard Simmons Disco Blast-Off
40 min. This is about how long of a workout I like. 30 min. aerobic dance & 10 min. toning with wrist weights. I did a similar video yesterday and had a slight sore shoulder so I chose to do the toning without weights. Video Archive 2001.
