Core Sculpting Collection "Four in One Pack" Leisa Hart
40 min. Don't have a Core Sculptor device but was able to compromise with a Lincoln Log Wagon on wheels (towel on top), stretchy bands and my mat folded for a stairmaster step. Can definately feel the burn in the stomach in this workout. Video Archive 2005.
